In 2006 DRN conducted one of its most challenging implementations with one of the largest Telecommunication corporations in Canada. As a result of several acquisitions made by the telecommunication giant, several legacy systems were actively in use making it difficult to accurately measure and manage each product, agency and collection process. Upon seeking potential solutions to their challenge only DRN was able to meet the urgent timelines they required.

In only 90 days DRN successfully implemented the CollectLink module with limited resources from their IT staff. The result become an implementation that went so smoothly that it was only a few months later that DRN was creating customized enhancements over and above the implementation to further assist their flow and measurement of accounts.

As a result of the CollectLink module this recognized telecommunication Client has increased its overall net recoveries by 5% and increased their efficiencies by 35%.
