2008 marks a significant milestone for DRN Commerce as we celebrate our 10th anniversary. The past ten years have seen a tremendous amount of growth and as we look back at the decade in review we are proud to say that our first Lender and first Employee still remain with us today.

DRN began with its first recognized module everyone has come to know as CollectLink in 1998. The premise of developing a management tool with both the Lender’s and Vendor’s needs in mind was so well received that through further collaboration within the Lending community RepoLink was launched in 2007.

In 2002 we identified that Lenders were using a high amount of resources to process insolvencies with little return. Once again DRN rose to the challenge and created InsolvencyLink. As our greatest growth area today we believe the secret to its success is once again the active participation from the Lending community.

Although very successful already, we expect that with fraud statistics on the rise our FraudLink product will prove to become a very valuable resource for many Lenders. While still gaining recognition we anticipate this product to experience rapid growth in 2008.

In 2007 DRN launched its US initiative resulting in multiple lenders being implemented with CollectLink. With a US strategy now well underway we are looking to embark into the European market. We expect that the next ten years will be equally exciting and successful as we press forward with our Collaborative Commerce model.
